I work where marketing meets technology.

I’m Brijesh. I started my career writing software, then moved through testing, consulting, CRM and campaign work. Somewhere along the way, I realized the part I enjoy most is connecting people with technology — understanding what the business is trying to do, figuring out what the systems can actually support, and helping both sides meet in the middle. I’m not trying to be “the AI guy” or “the marketing guy.” I’m the person who can sit with both teams, understand the details, and get useful work shipped.

The roles that fit me best are the ones where MarTech, CRM, campaign operations, digital operations and technical delivery overlap — especially when the team needs someone hands-on rather than someone who only presents slides.

01 / Selected impact

A few things I’m proud of.

I prefer showing work in a simple way: what the situation was, what I handled, and where the value came from. That includes hands-on platform work, delivery support and real website ownership.

ClearGoals · reported outcome 184%

Campaign performance tied back to business value.

At ClearGoals, my work covered Adobe Campaign, Unica, Salesforce, analytics, testing and audience segmentation. One of the reported outcomes on my profile was a 184% profit increase supported by better targeting and personalization.

Consistent delivery in a structured enterprise environment.

At CIBC, I collaborated with channel, marketing, data and development teams to deliver a minimum of three to four campaigns per month using Unica and Salesforce, while also supporting CRM migration and KPI analysis.

Access Roadside Assistance Hybrid role

Marketing, software delivery and internal technology in one seat.

At Access Roadside, I worked across digital marketing, requirements, UAT, bug triage, documentation, website content, SEO, customer communications and internal IT support — the kind of role where you wear more than one hat and make it all connect. I also contributed to the company website at accessroadsideassistance.com.

02 / A little about me

Not a one-lane profile.

My early work was in software development, which gave me a solid foundation in systems, APIs, SQL, QA and structured delivery. Over time, I found myself pulled more toward the place where technology becomes visible to the business — CRM, campaigns, automation, digital operations and process improvement.

That shift is what shaped my career. I’m comfortable in marketing discussions, but I’m just as comfortable talking through requirements, test scenarios, user stories, defects, or why a workflow breaks in the real world.

What I tend to bring

A business-friendly technical lens.
I can sit between business and technical teams without losing the meaning on either side.

Comfort with delivery, not just planning.
I’m used to owning details: campaign builds, UAT, documentation, content, bugs, data checks and follow-through.

Enough technical depth to ask better questions.
SQL, APIs, SDLC/STLC and development experience help me understand what’s happening under the hood, which makes marketing and ops work stronger.

A systems mindset.
I naturally look for how tools, process and people fit together — and where things can be simplified.

03 / Why teams reach out

Where I tend to add value quickly.

The common thread in my work is helping teams connect tools, process and execution without losing the business objective.

For hiring managers

Someone who can bridge business and technical teams.

I’m comfortable moving between campaign goals, stakeholder needs, QA details, platform limitations and delivery realities — which helps projects move more smoothly.

For MarTech / CRM teams

Hands-on help, not just high-level strategy.

My background is practical. I’ve worked with campaign tools, testing, reporting, documentation, requirements, content and operational problem-solving.

For growing businesses

A profile that covers more than one lane.

Because I’ve touched marketing, software delivery, internal technology and digital operations, I’m often most useful in roles where one person needs to connect several moving parts.

04 / Experience

My path into MarTech.

The progression has been fairly natural: development → QA / technical consulting → CRM and campaign platforms → broader digital and operational ownership.

Marketing thinking, backed by technical experience.

I prefer grouping tools by real use rather than pretending every skill can be measured with a random bar.

If you want the short version, use this.

I kept this piece interactive because it’s genuinely useful for a recruiter, hiring manager or client who wants quick answers without reading the whole page.

It isn’t meant to feel gimmicky. It simply helps someone jump to the part of my experience that matters most to them.

Ask what I did at CIBC, ClearGoals or Access Roadside.
Ask whether I lean more technical, more marketing-focused, or somewhere in between.
Ask what kind of roles my background fits best.

If this sounds like the kind of person your team needs, let’s talk.

I’m most interested in work where I can actually build, improve, troubleshoot and own things — not just watch from the sidelines. If that sounds useful for your team, email me or connect on LinkedIn. You can also see the Access Roadside Assistance website I worked on and my CareerLens AI project.
